About 6 months ago, I contacted you regarding purchasing a brass bell for a Memorial Bell Tower that was being built in Boonville, NY. You contacted me by phone and told me how moved you were by our efforts and you offered to send us a larger bell at the same price as the smaller one we ordered. Thank you.

I am letting you know that the bell now hangs in the Jonathan Myers Memorial Bell Tower in Erwin Park, Boonville, NY. The many, many people who have seen the bell are in awe of its beauty. During the winter months when the park is closed, the village employees are going to remove the bell and place it in the village vault until spring, then it will go back to its home in the tower. On June 1, 2009, I ordered a personalized "Surf Shack" sign. Your website advised 3-4 weeks for delivery for personalized items. I was having a pool party on June 12 and requested the delivery date to be expedited if possible, never thinking that it would be possible to grant my request. I recently attended a conference in the downtown area of New Orleans on Canal St. One evening when I was allotted a small amount of time to explore, I ended up at a store called, "A Simpler Time." I purchased a bronze statue of a little girl reading a book from a wonderful and delightful saleslady. Two days later after I returned from my conference the statue arrived; however, unfortunately the delivery people were a little rough with her and she was damaged. Well two days later I received another box and my husband and I carefully opened the box and then unwrapped the statue. She is absolutely beautiful! I live in Cleveland and visited New Orleans, (my favorite vacation in my life). While walking the streets I noticed that about every store had an alligator waiter in there doorway. I fell in love with the whimsical character and wanted one really, really bad.

I saw your store and I was amazed at the quality products that you carried.......then in the corner, there it was.....the GATOR!

I ran to get my husband and to show it to him. He said, "and how do we get it home?" Your saleslady said, "We'll ship it directly to your home for free."

I have to say, I have my beads hanging off his head, nose and tray. I placed it in my dining room and it is always the conversation piece. Everyone loves it!!!!
