Shipping Policy
Because of the nature of our product, we wish we could ship everything to you by "air," but as we are a price-conscious website we do also ship by ground also.
Most product is shipped from our North Carolina warehouse within 2-3 days of our receiving an order via UPS. Occasionally, we will ship items by U.S. Postal Service. We can ship to P.O. boxes if desired, but that may delay delivery slightly.

Because we know how important it is to have a gift arrive on the correct day, we prefer to take air orders by phone so we can guarantee an item is in stock and will arrive when you need it. We charge only what UPS charges us (our "handling" people get paid by woodpropeller.com).

We gladly ship via the U.S. Postal Service to our military customers with APO boxes and at the same prices we quote for U.S. shipping.
Residents of Louisiana (4%) and North Carolina (7.5%) must add appropriate sales tax.
Damages Despite our exceptional packaging and mistake-free shipping people, occasionally less perfect people along the way have been know to mistreat our boxes. If this happens, please contact us immediately at toll-free at (888) 851-9088 or email woodpropeller@aol.com. Please save the box and all packaging materials until after they have been picked up and inspected by the guilty party. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund if you so desire. Please open and inspect all packages within three days of delivery. Unfortunately, our requests for a damage claim if the item is damaged are ignored by the shipper after what they consider a "reasonable amount of time." Sorry, but we can't reimburse for damages discovered weeks or months later.
Return Policy
Order with confidence, as we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just call 1-888-851-9088 (toll-free), and we'll give you instructions on how to return your item for a full refund (minus shipping). Unfortunately, on personalized items such as personalized signs, we cannot offer a refund if the mistake was made by the customer, so please double check when ordering! We will replace, at no charge, items that are personalized incorrectly by us.

In addition to accepting most major credit cards, we also accept PayPal. This allows you to place an order with us without sharing any credit card information.
NOTE: Money from your PayPal account is transferred to our account when an order is placed, while credit card orders are charged when an order is shipped. On most orders that ship within 48 hours, the difference is minor.
We belong to the online version of The Better Business Bureau and also offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! As customers are our number one priority, we've never had a dispute go to the BBB (and never intend to). We also offer a complete refund if not totally satisfied on most of our products (personalized items cannot be returned if the mistake was made by the customer, but we will offer a significant discount on replacement).
